Yes I am online but not at the same time, sorry.

I have forgotten precising you a thing concerning the changing color inside buttons : if you see the button in black in a section of index, it means there is a new post (or several new posts) in one of different subjects that contains this section. There can be several new posts in several subjects in the same section.

Another precision : to see if a member is online, you can look the line "who is online" placed under the button "answer" (that you use to write a post) and you will see the pseudonym of each member who is online (if there is no pseudonym, it means that nobody is online) and also the amount of visitors and the bot (when there is a bot). There is a second method : when you browse through the forum (anywhere), face to a post there is the pseudo (and avatar) of the member who has posted the message ; if this member is online, you will see a small strip (slightly gray) at his right where it is written "EN LIGNE" ("ONLINE"). If this symbol does not appear, it means the member is offline.

Don't hesitate if you need other explanation

Tobacco.net.au have installed a security feature into their site where if a customer has a failed transaction, he will not be able to place another order again until they reset his account or 7 days later.

This is done to stop people from trying to use stolen credit cards on their site

It gives them a piece of mind, and helps them maintain a good relationship with the costumers bank

They know it is a bit annoying for their customers sometimes, but it is a security system not inconsiderable (if all sites could do the same thing, it would be wonderful because we would be safe from fraud on our credit cards) and they guarantee e-mails that get sent to them are replied to within 1-2 hours on average.

Most of the time they re-set customers account for a failed transaction before the customer has a chance to contact them because they are always monitoring it.

So, if one day this problem happens to you, you will understand where it comes from and you won't have to worry
