K2SMOKES.CH = too many seizures

I have gotten cigarettes from K2smokes, but, they are unreliable.  They will send two or three orders and then just stop sending.    

One big problem is no tracking.  The seller cannot know if you actually received the package and you have no way of knowing they really sent the package.  Not a good way to do business.

In the USA if Customs seizes your package they will send you letter, so you know if it did not make it through customs.

Thank you for your testimony concerning k2smokes.ch: so, I'm noticing it's not only French smokers who have experienced problems with this website.

The only concern of this website is making money, that's all! They don't care about their customers  

As far as I'm concerned, the customer service is a very important point: in case of loss or other problem, this service must be present... otherwise, I can't think the site is really reliable.

According to the French members who had ordered several times from one of these sites, there a too many seizures and they have not been refunded in that case. So, we are not talking about scam but there a too many risks to order from these sites.

For the France, it is too difficult to receive, and for you?

I too have have bad service from K2 Smokes. Took two months to receive only part of my order.

The problem often experienced for k2smokes.ch is the seizure by Customs. You have been lucky if you have received one part of your order  

It is for this reason we have put this site in our Blacklist: too many seizures and the customers are not refunded in that case.
