I'm new to this forum, so please excuse me if i've posted this in the wrong section.

Is this company still operating???
I have 2 orders with them totalling over $300.
The first order was placed on july 2nd, and they say it was shipped on july 9th.
I placed an order a couple of weeks later.
Well, it's now aug 19th and still haven't received first order.
I have been trying to contact their support email address for over a week, but not getting any kind of response.
I am really starting to get worried about being ripped off.
Can someone please tell if this is a reputable company or not.

Some Moldavian sites are quite reliable like Cigs4us.com I received all orders except one and they shipped a replacement free including shipping. The bad news is that they have increased both the cigarette prices and shipping. I have noticed all sites in eastern europe have done so.

Since the native american (indians) cannot sell online anymore, I figured the international sites selling to the USA would take advantage of such and increase prices.

As for shipping, Moldovia has been hit with a rate increase by the UPU.

I ordered from a Magik Co. www.Cigarette-Shop.biz on Oct 10th 2010. I ordered 6 cartons but they only delivered 2. I sent an e-mail to "Ann Wilson"(sure its a fake name) and she said that THEY CAN ONLY SHIP 2 CARTONS at a time to the US and that the others would be sent Oct. 20, 2010. She responded to my initial e-mails but now has conveniently disappeared. I know I got ripped off.
Thank you to the person who made the list of "crooks". I saw a post stating that Cigs4us.com is reliable but how do verify that it is not someone from that company trying to get more money?

If you want to avoid to be scammed, I advise you to order from sites which are in the section Reliable tobacco online sites :clindoeil

Regarding the site Cigs4us.com, as you live in US as John L, you can try this site. The John L' testimony is trusty. I advise to order not more than 2 cartons when you order the first time from a site you don't know. It's more cautious :clindoeil

As sandyko advises stick to the sites found reliable by this forum if don't want to lose money. Most international sites selling cigarettes are unreliable with the exception of the few listed on this forum.

This is the best forum for locating reliable sites and people are quite helpful.

I ordered 6 carton of Karelia Ultimas from this site in August. When I questioned the location of my shipment in Sept, they could not give me a date and a few days later told me they were confiscated and they would resend. I received 2 cartons at the end of October (probably only because I pestered them with an email daily) and was told the others would be shipped minimum of 10 days later. I asked they send them immediately. After that, no more responses to my emails or to my request to refund my money. Are they crooks? Here it is almost December and I am out 4 cartons of cigarettes and the money. You tell me.....

Yes, not much chance at this late date. International mail does not take that long. The slowest international mail would be by sea and I think only Australia still offer's the boat ride to the USA and Europe for regular mail, they call it SEAPOST, THAT CAN TAKE 3 MONTHS! Typical time is more like three weeks from anywhere in the world today.

The best bet would of been to claim a "charge back" with your credit card and you would not of lost any money, but, you are probably past the time limit now for making the claim, it's usually 60-90 days.
